Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:

Electronic PDF copies of the report:
  • Electronic copies of the report are PDF files available for immediate download.
  • Users will require Adobe Reader version 4 or later to read the files (or an equivalent PDF viewer).
  • Files will be available for download few minutes after the purchase has been authorized.
  • Customers will be given three opportunities to download the file. There is no time limit given for these down loads.
  • If the file has not been successfully downloaded after three attempts, then the customer must contact runway-safety.com by sending an email to report@runway-safety.com indicating the nature of the difficulty.

Hard copies of the report:
  • Orders for hard (printed) copies of the report will usually be processed with one to two business days.
  • Reports will be shipped as soon as they are available. Usually this will be within one to two business days of the order, but may take longer.
  • Customers will be sent an email when the report is shipped.
  • Delivery time will vary by destination.
  • Insight SRI makes no promises or commitments as to speed of delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds or returns are accepted.
  • Refunds will only be given in the event that a transaction is inadvertently processed more than once (e.g. “double dip”).
  • If you attempt to download the file, but are unable to do so within the allowed three attempts, this does not entitle you to a refund. However, we will be happy to work with you to find an alternate means of sharing or sending you the file.
